Lucy Bond is a Specialist Public Health Nurse currently working for NHS England South West as a screening & immunisation manager and as a specialist Rabies & Immunoglobulin Nurse for the UK Health Security Agency. Lucy trained as an RGN in 2006, working across a variety of specialities both in the UK and Madagascar with a particular interest in women’s health, sexual health, and HIV prior to training in public health nursing.  

Lucy brings expertise in public health interventions for the population, particularly in the fields of immunisation, infectious disease and population screening programmes and has a special interest in Health Inequalities and quality improvement.   

Lucy is committed to maximising the contribution of nursing within public health and supporting the training and development of nurse leaders.
