Aimee Robson is a recognised healthcare leader with a career spanning two decades across clinical, operational, and strategic leadership roles. As deputy director of primary and community care improvement & development at NHS England, Aimee leads transformational programmes addressing some of the most pressing challenges in primary and community care — from workforce strategy to tackling community health waiting lists and leading initiatives regarding economic inactivity.
She brings deep expertise in translating evidence-based policy into system-wide action, with a strong emphasis on co-production and amplifying the patient voice in strategic decision making. Aimee has worked in close partnership with NICE, delivering clinical improvement products for shared decision making that help clinicians and patients make informed choices about care by bringing evidence into the consulting room.
Her leadership style is known for combining data-driven insights with human storytelling, shaping culture during organisational transitions, and influencing policy at the highest levels.
