Angela is associate director for national implementation at NICE, a role she has held since October 2022. She brings over 20 years of experience across the healthcare sector, including community pharmacy, health improvement, transformation, and implementation support.

Previously, Angela was head of primary care transformation in Greater Manchester, leading initiatives such as the primary care strategy and workforce strategy, an urgent primary care review, and improvements to the interface between primary and secondary care.

At NICE, Angela leads the national programme for uptake and adoption support, working with partners to implement evidence-based guidance and tackle system priorities. She is passionate about driving change that improves patient experiences and outcomes across health and care.
