Ben leads the development of new integrated models of care in Hounslow with an initial focus on care for frail older people. Before this, he was the director for system development for South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), where he supported the transition to a new system and way of working, the ICB’s strategy and innovation in service delivery. Previously, he was a director at the King’s Fund where he led research on high performing health and care systems, new care models and innovation.
