The NICE Conference 2025 explores our continued commitment to deliver relevant, timely and impactful guidance. The event brings frontline staff and leaders from health and care together with the life sciences, healthtech and digital sectors, to explore how NICE continues to transform to meet the rapidly changing needs of the system.
The NICE Conference 2025 is taking place at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate on Thursday 27 March.
Registration and refreshments will begin at 8am, with the first session starting at 9am.
The final session will finish at 4:50pm, followed by a networking reception open to all delegates in the exhibition area until 6pm.
Please note that you will not need to print your badge at home. Upon arrival, you will meet the registration team at the welcome desk. Once the team check you in, you will receive a digital badge with the oneTap Badge technology and a lanyard.
You will be able to interact with other delegates and exhibitors using the oneTap Badge technology.
On your badge you will be able to see the sessions you have booked in advance, the full agenda, the Slido QR code to join the conversations for each session and the survey QR code.
There is complimentary Wi-Fi for all attendees. To use the Wi-Fi, please select 'HHONORS'. A new browser page will open. Select 'I have a promotional code' and input the code CONF10.
On the day, you will be able to access the agenda here and on your digital networking badge.
If you have not pre-booked a session, please check with the room manager stationed in that room. Some sessions may already be fully booked. You may need to wait until 5 minutes before the session starts to ensure there is enough space for attendees who have pre-booked.

All breakout sessions have been labelled with a letter at the beginning of their title i.e. A – Session title. Please refer to your badge to see which sessions you have booked. Below are the locations for each of these sessions:

There are 2 areas where lunch will be served, which you can book during the registration process:
Cloud 23: Located on the 23rd floor of the venue. Those who have chosen this location will have C23 next to their sessions on their badge. Please note that space in Cloud 23 is limited, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis during the registration process. Access to the restaurant can be via the lifts near the exhibition area or the Cloud 23 express lift on the ground floor, opposite the hotel reception.
Podium restaurant: Located on the ground floor of the hotel, just behind the registration area. Those who have chosen or have been allocated this location will have P next to their sessions on their badge.
Fringe lunch session sponsored by Dexcom: If you have chosen to attend this session, you will have LDX on your event badge. It will take place one floor above the conference floor, in meeting rooms 8-9.
